The Prepmix Marketplace is built to be simple, fair, and safe for everyone.

This Policy explains what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how we handle listings, messages, reports, and moderation.

1. Our Role

Prepmix Marketplace provides a platform where users can list kitchen, cooking, and household-related items, communicate with each other, and arrange transactions.

Prepmix is not the buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, or delivery provider. Users are responsible for their own listings, messages, decisions, and transactions.

2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Marketplace.

3. What You Can Sell

  • Legal items in your country or region
  • Kitchen tools, cooking equipment, bakeware, dining items, and closely related food-preparation items
  • Items you actually own and have the right to sell
  • Items that are honestly described
  • Items with clear and accurate photos where possible

The Marketplace is intended for kitchen, cooking, baking, dining, and closely related food-preparation items only. Listings that are not related to this purpose may be removed.

4. What Is Not Allowed

Illegal, Dangerous, or Restricted Items

  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit or fake branded products
  • Weapons, weapon parts, or weapon accessories
  • Drugs, controlled substances, or drug-related items
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or unsafe substances
  • Recalled, unsafe, or dangerous products
  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or other age-restricted goods
  • Illegal services or items that break local laws
  • Live animals or animal sales
  • Animal breeding or animal-related services

Fake or Misleading Listings

  • Non-existent items
  • Misleading titles, descriptions, prices, or photos
  • Fake pricing or bait listings
  • Listings that hide important defects or risks
  • Duplicate spam listings
  • Keyword stuffing or irrelevant listing content

Contact Information in Listings

You must not include phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, external links, or other contact details in public listings.

This helps reduce spam, scams, and off-platform abuse. Genuine transaction details may be discussed in private messages when necessary.

Spam, Bots, and Abuse

  • Duplicate or mass-posted listings
  • Irrelevant listings
  • Automated posting or automated messaging
  • Scraping, crawling, or collecting user data without permission
  • Using the Marketplace to harass, pressure, or manipulate users

Off-Platform Manipulation

  • Forcing users to leave the platform
  • Repeated suspicious off-platform contact attempts
  • Suspicious payment methods
  • Fake courier, delivery, refund, deposit, or verification requests
  • Requests for codes, passwords, banking details, or sensitive personal data

5. Images and Content Ownership

You may only upload images, descriptions, and other content that you own or have permission to use.

By posting content on the Marketplace, you confirm that your content does not violate another person’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or ownership rights.

6. Messaging Rules

Allowed

  • Asking questions about an item
  • Negotiating price
  • Arranging pickup, delivery, or collection
  • Sharing necessary contact details for a genuine transaction

Not Allowed

  • Scams or fake payments
  • Pressure tactics or intimidation
  • Requests for passwords, verification codes, banking details, or sensitive data
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive messages
  • Mass messaging or spam
  • Attempts to manipulate or exploit other users

7. Safety and Scam Prevention

We may use automated systems and moderation tools to help detect suspicious behavior, spam, scams, repeated abuse, and safety risks.

These systems may assist with fraud prevention, message safety, listing review, account safety evaluation, and moderation decisions.

Moderation decisions may involve a combination of automated systems, content filters, safety signals, and human review.

Users should always use caution when communicating, meeting, arranging delivery, or completing a transaction with another user.

Whenever possible, users should arrange meetings in safe public locations.

8. Reporting

Users can report listings, messages, or behavior that may break this Policy or create a safety risk.

Reports may be reviewed by Prepmix and may be used to help decide whether moderation action is needed.

9. Moderation Actions

Prepmix may take action when content, messages, or accounts break this Policy, our Terms, or create a risk to users or the Marketplace.

Moderation actions may include:

  • Listing removal
  • Listing visibility limits
  • Message restrictions
  • Account warnings
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent removal from the Marketplace

Moderation actions may vary depending on the severity, frequency, and risk of the behavior.

10. Review of Moderation Decisions

If you believe your listing, message, or account was restricted by mistake, you may contact us and request a review.

We may not reverse every decision, but we will consider reasonable requests where possible.

11. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your actions, listings, messages, communication, and transactions.

Prepmix does not verify ownership, authenticity, condition, or legality of listed items.

You should check items carefully, use common sense, avoid suspicious requests, and never share sensitive personal or financial information with other users.

12. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations, serious abuse, or behavior that creates a safety risk may result in permanent removal from the Marketplace.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be shown on this page.
