Prepmix Marketplace helps buyers and sellers connect, but all Marketplace transactions, payments, deliveries, collections, and agreements happen directly between buyers and sellers.

Prepmix does not process Marketplace payments and cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity, functionality, delivery, or outcome of private sales.

Always inspect items carefully before paying. If possible, buy locally, check that the product works properly, confirm it matches the listing, and be extra cautious with deposits, shipping requests, or unknown sellers.

Does Prepmix handle Marketplace payments?

No. Prepmix does not process payments. All transactions and shipping/pickup arrangements happen directly between buyers and sellers.

How can I buy and pay safely without on-platform payments?

We highly recommend cash on personal pickup or using secure cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping services. Never send advance deposits, digital gift cards, or click on suspicious payment links sent by other users.

How can I spot scam messages in the chat?

Be cautious if a user tries to rush the conversation, refuses personal pickup, or claims they are sending a courier who requires you to enter bank card details or verify a payment through a link.

Why can't I contact a seller?

Contact may be unavailable if the item has been marked as sold, the seller is temporarily unavailable, or Marketplace safety restrictions apply.

What should I check before buying a kitchen item?

For appliances, always test if they power on and function correctly. Check for cleanliness, missing accessories (blades, lids, cables), and make sure the item's condition matches the description and photos.

How can I tell if a seller is trustworthy?

Check the seller's profile, ratings, reviews, activity history, and communication. Be cautious with new accounts, unusual payment requests, or anyone who pressures you to act quickly.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

You can use the report option directly on a listing page. Reports are reviewed by moderators to help keep Marketplace safe.

Can I block another user or report a chat?

Yes. If a user is spamming, insulting, or acting suspiciously, you can block the Marketplace conversation directly from the chat interface or report the conversation for moderator review. Reported chats may be reviewed to help keep the Marketplace safe.

Can I ship items instead of local pickup?

Yes. Buyers and sellers can arrange shipping privately. Always use trusted delivery services and be cautious when sending money before receiving an item.

What items can I sell on Marketplace?

Marketplace is intended for kitchen-related items such as cookware, appliances, baking equipment, kitchen tools, storage products, and tableware. Listings that are not related to kitchen use may be removed.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes. You can edit your listing at any time from your Marketplace dashboard. If a listing was previously moderated, your changes may be reviewed before becoming visible again.

Where can I manage my listings, drafts, and saved items?

You can manage everything directly from your Profile's Marketplace dashboard. There you can edit active listings, continue working on your drafts, or view items you have saved for later.

How does Away Mode work?

If you are going on holiday or cannot fulfill requests, you can enable Away Mode in your Marketplace settings. Your listings will remain visible, but a notice will appear to interested buyers letting them know you are currently away and may reply later.

Why was my account restricted?

Restrictions may happen after repeated policy violations, listing non-kitchen items, commercial spamming, suspicious messaging activity, or serious safety concerns.
