500 g (1.1 lbs) ground pork
2 medium onions, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
160 g (0.8 cups) rice
600 ml (2.5 cups) sour cream

A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste

1 bay leaf
